Reach was founded almost five years ago and after building proprietary technology, games, and solutions for this time we're excited to be able to broaden our services.

Do you have an eye for detail and aesthetic? Working on campaigns for our clients, you'll work with a mix of creative and technical Plixelers to deliver beautiful campaigns that deliver results for our clients within budget and timeframe.


  • Digital production or project management background.

Programmer (Unity) - C#

Indie dev darling or pro game maker? We're looking for a talented Unity programmer experienced in C# to join PLIXEL. You'll be working on exciting interactive executions for our clients, and joining a fun, diverse, multi-disciplinary team.


  • Previous experience working on (primarily game) projects with cross-disciplinary (art/technical) teams.
  • A portfolio of released Unity title(s) or project(s).
  • Excellent grasp of clean programming methodologies including documentation and version control. Agile/Scrum background preferred.
  • Previous experience publishing to numerous platforms including web, mobile (iOS/Android), and PC/Console preferred.
